When submitting a procurement request, customers must provide accurate technical specifications, compliance requirements, and product information. ColSourcing shall not be responsible for any procurement errors, losses, or consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by customers.
4. Limitation of Liability:
Although ColSourcing implements strict quality control and factory evaluation procedures, when acting solely as a service provider and not directly participating in product trading, the ultimate manufacturing responsibility shall remain with the respective factories. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in a separate written service agreement, ColSourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from factory delays, force majeure events during transportation, or breaches by third parties.
